Using experience from a career in video production that began in 1989,  the founder and owner of PRQ Productions, Philip Quintas, has refined a system that incorporates the 100 year old tradition of filmaking with the convenience of today's digital technology.  It is a format independant system and that can be used with standard video or HD.
